*Please note* if your item is a pre- order, these shipping times are applied once we have received & quality checked your product. Which then they will be despatched via the shipping method below.

WE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE ARE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVE INPUTTED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT AND YOUR PARCEL IS SENT THERE! WE CAN ONLY SEND TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED SO NO REFUND WILL BE MADE IF YOUR PARCEL IS LOST OR DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS.


NO RETURNS POLICY  - if your item was a pre order, unfortunately we do not offer returns on these products. This is because this item was manufactured and ordered in specifically for you. If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch. 

PLEASE NOTE - All pre ordered items have the expected shipping time on the product description. Pre ordered items are made to order and take 2-4 day to be processed before shipping time startsSome items are stocked in small quantity but the majority is ordered individually through our manufacturing partner. If an item is a pre- order, this will be stated on the description under the product.

What is pre order & why do we offer it ?

We do this to:

  • Reduce waste ♻️ 
  • Minimise carbon footprint
  • Enable us to add new products and designs daily ✨

First & foremost this is reduce an excess of stock and wasted garments. The over ordering of stock and over manufacturing is a massive issue environmentally so we only create/make what you order.


Pre order can take 7-15 working day’s for delivery , wait a little longer & waste a little less! 

Please note there will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays.

CREDIT NOTE

We have a strict 7 working day CREDIT NOTE ONLY return policy on in IN STOCK ITEMS ONLY. Credit notes are store credit discount codes which are valid for 3 months, this cannot be extended or used to buy gift cards. To make a return please email infobellboutique@gmail.com - We will ask you to provide information inside the return I.E Name, Delivery address & order number. We will then decide whether this will be accepted or denied based on condition and time frame. Return the parcel to us via a signed for method strictly within 7 working days of Delivery. (When you receive your item(s). Working days are weekdays and do not include weekends or bank holidays .

All sale items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT NOTE and are discounted for a final sale. This should always be read before purchasing.

What condition do I return my item (s) in?

Items must be returned free of any odour, stains i.e. makeup/fake tan and in the original packaging with tags intact. If tampered / the item is not arrived to us in the immaculate condition it is sent in, the customer is required to pay for postage for the unwearable item to be returned to them. We must be strict on this and have a right to refuse the return and not provide a credit note.

Are returns paid for?

We're unable to cover return postage costs as we are a small business. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we're also not responsible for returns lost in the post. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
